Ingredients
2⅓cupsAll-purpose flour
1tspBaking soda
½tspSalt
¾cupButtersoftened
¾cupGranulated sugar
¾cupBrown sugarpacked
2Eggs
2tspVanilla
1 packageWhite vanilla baking chips12 oz, 2 cups
1packageUnwrapped mini chocolate-covered peanut butter cup candies8 oz
1cupSmall chopped small pretzel twistscoarsely chopped
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. In large bowl, beat butter and both sugars with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended. On low speed, gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until blended. Stir in baking chips, peanut butter cup candies and pretzels.
Onto cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove from cookies sheets to cooling racks.
