Texas Sheet Cake

Cake Mixture

Butter

Water

Cocoa

Sugar

Salt

Sour cream
Icing
1
stick
Butter
4
tbsp
Cocoa

tbsp
Milk

Powdered sugar

Vanilla

Instructions
Cake
Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil.
Put flour, sugar, and salt into a bowl.
Pour the two mixtures together, but DO NOT cool. In a small bowl, beat 2 eggs. Blend the baking soda and sour cream. Add to other mixture.
Pour onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Icing
While the cake is baking, bring the butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil.
Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
Ice immediately.
Notes
For best results, ALWAYS use real butter!
Eat in moderation if you can!
