Martha Raised to Excellent-97%

Musqie Iatola Martha-ET, the reigning Reserve Supreme Champion of World Dairy Expo, has become just one of seven cows to be appraised Excellent-97% by the American Jersey Cattle Association. And, at 7-5 she is the youngest cow in history to do so.

The daughter of SC Gold Dust Paramount Iatola-ET, owned by Milk Source Genetics and Finca Valparaiso, Kaukauna, Wis., was raised a point to E-97% in February. “Martha” has also been named Supreme Champion of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair three times.

Appraisers gave her a score of 50 for the traits fore udder, rear udder height, rear udder width, dairy form and rump width.

The other matriarchs to earn the distinction include Generators Topsy, Empire Crusader Heidi, WF Barber Shasta, Huronia Centurion Veronica 20J, Pleasant Nook F Prize Circus and KCJF Regency Treasure.
