Strack-View LLC is somewhat new to the Jersey world. In 2018 they had heard of the benefits that come along with the breed and bought 100 Jerseys after focusing on Holsteins for 40 years. After experiencing their feed efficiency and milk quality, the decision was easy. By the next year, the herd had completely transitioned to Jerseys.

To know they are giving out the best quality products, there are a few traits that the farm likes to take into consideration. The farm wants high JPI, strength, stature, fat, and Immunity for overall health. They also like to look at teat placement and length. When it comes to the bulls, they must be over 500 lbs. of predicted milk and carry the A2A2 protein. To manage all parts of their cattle, the farm uses the REAP program. A few of their most noteworthy sires include River Valley CeCe Chrome-ET, JX Ahlem Endurance (4)-ET, JX Faria Bros Kobe (3)-P-ET, JX Crosswinds Vitus (4)-ET, JX Loves Octavius (6)-ET, and JX River Valley Chief (6)-ET. The farm is somewhat new to the Jersey breed.

In March 2022, the farm began to make their own cheese from 100% Jersey A2 milk. Sales have been great, and they were even awarded the Most Improved Production Herd award. This farm is unique due to their production of cheese using 100% Jersey, A2 milk. They are the only producers in their area that can say this. They are proud to tell their farm story by using the Queen of Quality Seal of National All-Jersey Inc. They want to continue their success and improve their farm by using high genomic sires to a goal of 22,000 lbs. of milk, 1,100 lbs. of fat, and 800 lbs. of protein.
