Holcomb Attends Pennsylvania Ag Summit

USJersey District 1 Manager Scott Holcomb attended the 7th Annual Agriculture Summit in Pennsylvania, sharing the message of the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act on behalf of the American Jersey Cattle Association, National All-Jersey Inc., Jersey breeders nationwide, and the entire dairy industry.

Scott had the opportunity to meet with Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson, Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee, and Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding to promote the importance of bringing whole milk back to school cafeterias for the health of our kids and the future of our dairy farmers.

Representatives from local, state, and federal lawmakers and agriculture leaders attended the event. Topics discussed during the event included farms, food, and national security.
