Ohio Governor Mike Dewine announced strategies and protocols for Ohio businesses to return to work. Under the guidelines established by the Governor in Ohio, general offices are permitted to re-open effective Monday, May 4, meaning the AJCA-NAJ offices will resume regular office hours effective that day with staff available. Sectors of our business will still be affected by restrictions, guidelines, and what other states in our nation abide by, but rest-assured we will do our best to conduct business as normal in these circumstances. The USJersey office will now operating in a work-from-home strategy and providing only critical in-office services until May 1, 2020. Our priority continues to be the safety of our staff and being responsible neighbors, while also maintaining essential business functions. Registrations and transfers should be completed either through online registration (https://infojersey.usjersey.com) or emailed to herdservices@usjersey.com. Electronic business will not halt, however mailings of all types will be delayed until further notice. If you have accounting needs, please utilize the online bill payment option through infoJersey or correspond via email (accounting@usjersey.com) when possible. While we do not anticipate disruptions in financial processes, please be patient as we work through this changing situation. If you have genomic testing needs, please visit the Genomic Testing Center (https://infojersey.usjersey.com/gtc/) and order your test kits through the site to be emailed directly to you.
