White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Butter softened
  • ¾ cup Light brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 Egg
  • cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup White vanilla baking chips 6 oz
  • 1 cup Sweetened dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Heat oven 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, almond extract and egg with electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in baking chips and cranberries.
  • On ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool 2 to 3 minutes and remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
