Sweet Potato Casserole
This sweet potato casserole recipe will help make your home smell like Thanksgiving all year! This is a great dish to serve at special family gatherings as a treat or to spoil your family one evening. A Billman family favorite, this recipe is especially appreciated when using rich Jersey butter and milk to cook!

Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 cups Mashed sweet potatoes
- ½ cup White sugar
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 stick Melted butter
- ½ cup Milk
Topping
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Chopped nuts
Instructions
- Put sweet potatoes and other ingredients in baking dish.
- Mix together the topping and sprinkle over potatoes.
- Top with pats (? ask Kim) of butter
- Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
