Oatmeal Crisp Cookies
Oatmeal crisp cookies – so much goodness all combined in a cookie. AJCA Assistant Manager of Herd Services Lori King makes these for her family and friends each year. They’re a favorite and we think they may be for your family too.

Oatmeal Crisp Cookies
From the kitchen of Lori King, AJCA Assistant Manager of Herd Services
Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup White sugar
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 2 Eggs
- 1½ cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
