White Christmas Candy

Servings 2 lbs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs White candy coating cut into small chunks
- ½ lb Candy canes or peppermint candies crushed
Instructions
- Melt candy coating over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the peppermint candy.
- Spread on waxed paper-lined baking sheets; refrigerate for 8-10 minutes. Break into small pieces; store in airtight containers.
