White Christmas Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs White candy coating cut into small chunks
  • ½ lb Candy canes or peppermint candies crushed

Instructions

  • Melt candy coating over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in the peppermint candy.
  • Spread on waxed paper-lined baking sheets; refrigerate for 8-10 minutes. Break into small pieces; store in airtight containers.
