Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients
Cake Mixture
- ½ lb Butter
- 1 cup Water
- 4 tbsp Cocoa
- 2 cup Flour
- 2 cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- ½ cup Sour cream
Icing
- 1 stick Butter
- 4 tbsp Cocoa
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 1 box Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Nuts
Instructions
Cake
- Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil.
- Put flour, sugar, and salt into a bowl.
- Pour the two mixtures together, but DO NOT cool. In a small bowl, beat 2 eggs. Blend the baking soda and sour cream. Add to other mixture.
- Pour onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Icing
- While the cake is baking, bring the butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
- Ice immediately.
Notes
For best results, ALWAYS use real butter!
Eat in moderation if you can!
